According to hanefi sect the effects of forgetness and mistakes in worships

Worship, in accordance with the orders of Allah, expresses certain attitudes and behaviors of the servants, which are exhibited with the intention of achieving gladness of him. Regarding this issue, a number of deficiencies or faults may arise as a result of the characteristics of human beings. These deficiencies and faults have been subject to different provisions according to the sects. The main subject of our dissertation titled as consists of dealing with the problems caused by faults and forgetting in the worships according to Hanafi Sect. The fault in the worship is evaluated in two parts as it concerns with Allah and the rights of servants. The faults in the matters related to the rights of Allah, is an apology that rescue sin, so it doesn't eliminate the responsibility of the worship. In addition, the faults are not excuses for the matters relating to the conditions of the worship or the situations which spoil the worship and the matters regarding the rights of the servants. Remember, it doesn't constitute an apology in terms of worship, except in the case of breaking fasting. The effect of forgetting to provision is like an intention or a fault. However, the worship becomes invalid by the fact that any of the conditions of the worship is not fulfilled; such as the elimination of the spiritual uncleanliness and visible uncleanliness to begin the prayer, forgetting the intention time for fasting and forgetting to intent and the intention for the pilgrimage. In addition, a forbidden condition according to worship or a condition ruining worship which happens as a result of forgetting, such as talking during the prayer or breaking the prohibition of haik, has no effect the change the provision.
