Abstract (EN)
In this study, the treatment of domestic wastewater was investigated with hybrid moving bed membrane bioreactor (HYMBR) which is one of the triple systems of pilot scale MBR, mobile and fixed bed biofilm supported hybrid MBR. Experiments were continued at ∞, 30, 20, 10 and 5 days of sludge age at 50%, 65% and 80% of the system filled with biofilm filling material and the membrane flux up to 22 lt / m2h. As a result of 45 minutes of hydraulic retention time, 95.24% TKOI, 73.31% TOC and 30.55% TN removal were achieved on average. In contrast to the growing population, declining agricultural land and increasingly abundant clean water resources lead to serious environmental problems. Therefore, it is important to recover domestic wastewater in order to be able to meet the need of agriculture for irrigation water. In this study, the average turbidity value of outflow waters treated with HYMBR for about 400 days was determined to be 0.676 NTU, electrical conductivity 449 μS / cm, pH value 7.04 and SAR 1.46. When these values are taken into consideration, it is seen that HYMBR's domestic wastewater can be treated in a short time like 45 minutes to meet the criteria of class A irrigation water. As a result, it has been concluded that HYMBRs can be a very effective treatment system for the treatment of low intensity domestic wastewater at irrigation water at high speed.
