Hasankeyf Zeynel Bey Tomb's tile ornaments archeometric study with P-XRF

The handicraft, which is based on the production of vases, pitchers, pots and pans by shaping the soil after cooking, is called “tile”. Tiles, ceramics, porcelain plates used in the decoration of colored decorations and motifs used in the decoration material and the materials processed with the help of this material "tile" ornament work is called "tiles". In this thesis; After giving information about the history of Hasankeyf, its geographical structure and the tomb of Zeynel Bey, brief information was also given about Tile. 7 light blue glazes, 7 dark blue glazes and 8 unglazed tiles belonging to Zeynel Bey's tomb, which is our thesis topic, were analyzed in situ in Hasankeyf Cultural Park where 22 Tiles were carried with P-XRF and the tomb. As a result; The chemical contents of 22 samples were examined and compared with the previous studies. This study is envisaged to shed light on future studies.
