Abstract (EN)

This study aims to investigate the health care experiences of outpatients and inpatients and the relationship between these experiences and patient satisfaction, patient loyalty and Word-of-Mouth. Based on the quantitative research approach, relational research type and field research pattern (survey model) were used in this study. 403 patients living in Konya receiving health care from private, university or public hospitals were interviewed on a fully structured form using convenience sampling method. Obtained data were analyzed by independent sample t test, one way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis. According to the findings, while the perceptions of the patients about health care experiences increased positively, satisfaction, loyalty and Word-Of-Mouth increased similarly. As a result, important results were obtained to contribute to the literature and recommendations were made for practitioners and future research.
