Purpose: Thankstothedevelopments in technology, information Technologies havebecomethefocalpoint of everystage of life daybyday.Technologicaldevelopmentshavebroughtabout a newprocess of changebyshowingitseffect in manyareasfrompeople'slivestotheirhabits.Inthatcontext, newhabitsorobligations of people can be mentioned in almosteveryfieldfromdaily life tobusiness life.Thehealthsector, which is themostimportantindicator of the service sector, has tofollowthetechnologicaldevelopmentscloselyduetoitsnature.Therefore, the main aim of thisstudy is toinvestigatewhetherthephysicalactivitylevels of healthworkersaresufficientor not. MaterialandMethod:Thisresearch, whichwascarriedout in threedifferenthealthinstitutions in Giresun, wasprepared in thescanning model.Intheresearch, datawerecollectedbyapplying a questionnairetotheemployees in healthinstitutionsbetweenAugustandDecember 2021.Theobtained data wereanalyzedusingthe SPSS (22.0) package program.Thefrequencyandpercentages of theanswersgivenbythehealthworkerstothequestionsweredetermined.Chi-squareanalysiswasusedtodeterminewhetherthedescriptivecharacteristics of theparticipantsdifferaccordingtothedurationandlevel of physicalactivity. Findings:As a result of theanalyzesmade, it wasdeterminedthattheheavyphysicalactivityandmoderatephysicalactivity of thehealthcareworkerswereinsufficient, whiletheirwalkingactivitieswasfoundto be at a relativelysufficientlevel.Althoughmost of thehealthworkersworksittingdown, it wasdeterminedthattheirwalkingactivitieswere at an acceptablelevel. Result: It has beendeterminedthatthere is nodifference in theheavyphysicalactivity of thehealthworkersaccordingtothedifferentinstitutionstheywork in, but there is a differencebetweenthelevels of walkingactivities.It has beenobservedthatamongthosewho do moderatephysicalactivity, thehouseholdchores of theparticipantsdifferaccordingtogenderandthemajority of themarewomen.
