The problems of teachers work in the primary education schools of hospital

This research aims to find out and evaluate the problems of teachers work in thehospital primary education schools.In order to establish the theoretical grounds of the research, first, survey of theliterature has been done, and the problems, scope, data collection and evaluationmethods of the research have been set. In terms of data collection, questionnaire methodhas been used and observation and interview method also utilized.This research covers all teachers work in the hospital schools. The data gained inthis research evaluated with SPSS program. In order to find out whether a meaningfulrelations exist between teachers? opinion and changeable, percentage and Chi-Squaretest has been applied.According to the result of the research, teachers work in the hospital schoolscome across with problems like the education activities, the relation with hospitaladministration and staff, relations with National Education administration and staff,information about patient and illness, communication with guardian of patient. Theproblems originate from individuals as well as institutions and show diversity accordingto student number, experience in the job, branches, gender, and duration of work in thehospital schools
