Abstract (EN)
In this study, 50 Acinetobacter strains, which were isolated from intensive care units and services in our hospital, identified by convensional methods and whose recognition was verified with API and automatic culture system (DADE BEHRING MicroScan autoSCAN4), were used. Sensitivity of these isolated Acinetobacter strains to survey disinfectant Cleanisept (Content: 100g çözeltide 3.35g Didecyldimethylammoniumchlorid, 3.35g Alkylbenzyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Alkyldimethylbezylammoniumchlorid. Dr.Schumacher GMBH Melsungen/Germany) and skin disinfectant Savalon (Content: 1000 ml?de %15 a/h setrimid, % 1.5 a/h klorheksidin glukonat, İsopropil alkol ve tartazin. Merkez Laboratuarı İlaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. İstanbul/Turkey) was evaluated. In evaluation of sensitivity of Acinetobacter to these disinfectants, one of the EU?s standards, EN 13727 Protocol, 2009, ?Cantitative Suspansion Method (for bacteries)? was used.
