Abstract (EN)

VI ABSTRACT Today's contemporary health institutions are acting in a densed competition circumference. These health institutions that have to work in this kind of circumference, have to be elastic, and respond the technological modifications and consumer health expectations. In this point of view, quality management exists in the basis of studies that take care of human the first and quality the second. Main objective in foundation, development and continuation of ISO 9000 quality quarantee system standards, is working as a team and cooperating in a harmony of the instituion workers; satisfying and discovering of the necessities that do not exist yet with the costomer desires and expectations, keeping the process involving goods and service under control. Main effort in the studies of ISO 9000 documentation has to be in the direction for high guality service in hospitals, and the documentation should take this under quarentee. That's why high quality cemprehension documentation should be told well and adjusted to each personel from the top management to all workers who will realize the applications forming the quality concept. In this direction, application of ISO 9001 quality quarentee system which is an international quality quarantee system that is upplied as a tool of quality management in hospitals, is started in three different statuted hospitals, SSK, Government Hospital and Osmangazi University Hospital in Eskişehir and made studies about comparisons of the application results.
