Abstract (EN)
With the new generation of aircraft, composite materials are becoming more common. As the use of composite materials increases, these materials need to be tested and maintained throughout their production and lifetime. Structural health monitoring is a way to continuously monitor structural health for future aircraft maintenance applications. An experimental and analytical structural health monitoring study on composite materials used in aerospace is the goal of this study. The idea of structural health monitoring from predictive maintenance applications for aircraft composite materials was studied. For this method, changes in this structure were monitored with strain gauge from sensor technologies. The structural test environment was also analyzed using the finite element method on the computer. It is concluded that the concept of Structural Health monitoring can be increasingly used in aerospace and other industrial applications with the developing technology. It is concluded that structural health monitoring in air vehicles can be applied with an increasing trend in composite structures to prevent damage before damage occurs in maintenance applications and for production and operation conditions to be realized with the least cost, and more precise and accurate predictive maintenance applications can be performed with the operation and data density to be obtained.
