Özet (EN)
The aviation industry, which plays an important role in today's transportation industry, relies on unsustainable and environmentally harmful fossil-based fuels as its primary energy source. To solve there own energy and environmental problems, the aviation industry has turned to sustainable aviation fuels. Hydrogen, out of all of these fuels, it seems to be the most promising. Hydrogen is a nonpolluting, clean fuel that can be obtained from a variety of sources. The use of hydrogen as an energy carrier in the aviation industry, however, poses some challenges. The lack of a supply chain for hydrogen, which is used in the aviation industry today, is a significant factor in these difficulties. Within the supply chain, there are divisions for hydrogen production, liquefaction, transportation, storage, and distribution. Different scenarios for airport hydrogen supply chain subdivisions were formed in this study. The scenarios for hydrogen supply chains were evaluated in terms of the environment, cost, sustainability, feasibility, and safety.
