Tahkik and tahlil of Hayreddin Hızır's Book Named Keşfü'l Meşârik

Just as the Prophet Muhammed was the firs commentator of Quran he was also the first who clarify his traditions (hadith) for various reasons. Because of this it can be said that the Hadith commentary activities have been started with Prophet Muhammed. Although there were various efforts to understand and interpretate until the writing and compilation the Hadithes the veritable interpretation of Hadith has been emerged with writing and compilation of the Hadithes. The annotation (Sharh) activities on a particular Hadith book started with Hattabi in eccentric fourth century. From the fifth eccentric century onwards, an intense annotation activity written in different methods, is striking and the VIII-X eccentric centuries are known as period of the rich content annotiations. The annotiation activities in Anatolia are focused on Sahihi Bukhari, Meşariku'l-envari'n-nebeviyye, Mesâbîhu's-sünne, Mişkâtü'l-Mesâbîh, Forty Hadith and single hadith works. Atufi's Keşfu'l-Meşarik is one of the annotiation which written on Meşâriku'l-envâri'n-nebeviyyein X eccentric century. Atufi included his book merfû, mevkûf, maktû; sahih, hasen, weak and also falsified narrations from various sources as tafsir, hadith and fiqh. He rarely evaluated on trustworthiness of narrations (rivayah). Atufi ranked some informations about history and method of hadith, he explained the unknown words (garib) in hadith, tried to reconcile the seemingly contradictory narrations in various forms, especially in the begining of annotiation (Sharkh) he enriched his annotiation with versus and hadith and he tried to explain a lot of belief-related and fiqh-related problem in according to subject of hadith. And sometimes as moving away from the basic subject of hadith he has been influenced by his profession of preachers which he fulfilled for many years.
