Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to determine the opinions of employees, who are the most valuable resource of their businesses, about human resources practices. Ten individuals from livestock business employees operating in Kırşehir Mucur District participated in the study. The opinions of the participants about their socio-demographic status and human resources practices were taken with the questionnaire. The average age of the participants is 42.4. The average working time of the livestock business employees in the company is 9.3 years. The average working time in business life is 14.5 years. Within the scope of the research, 6 of the 10 livestock business employees are secondary school graduates and 4 are primary school graduates. There is no unit that determines human resources in the researched livestock business, the personnel needs are selected from among the applicants on the internet, these stages are carried out, including the interview after the interview, the candidate to be recruited for the interview and the decision is made accordingly, the experience is important in the selection of personnel, Other than that, there is no training, there is no Human Resources department, the person who breaks the discipline is warned and then dismissed, the wages are determined by the business owner, there is no promotion in their business, the wage increase has changed, the success of the employee in remuneration is important, the employees are very satisfied with the wages they receive, It has been determined that there is no system, no assistance other than wages and no resignation due to low wages.
