Abstract (EN)
In this study, using waste water, obtaine d from recycle systems in ready mixed concrete central, in concrete production was evaluated. For this purpose, literature research about possible recycle system in ready mixed concrete and cost analysis were performed. Later, physical and chemical analysis of waste water which was used as mix water in experimental study, were performed and produced concrete specimens. Two kind of water were used in concrete producing as mix water. One of this is water with mil obtained from recycle system, other is waste water obtained from settlement tank. Using ratios of mix water of concrete were determined as (A)%100 AS, (B)%20 AS-%80MS,(C)%40 AS-%60MS,(D)%60AS- %40MS, (E)%80AS-%20MS, (F) %100MS and six kind of concrete series were designed. Number of 9 150x150x150mm cubic specimens were taken from prepared concrete mix and settlement, unit weight, concrete temperature, void ratio tests were performed for fresh concrete and 2,,7,28 daily of concrete pressure strength tests were performed. According to the results, water with mil were not changed workability of concrete mix too much, best result obtained from %60AS-%40MS mix proportion to increasing of water with mil and determined pronounced increase at concretes pressure strength.
