Abstract (EN)
This study aims to optimize the raw materials (cement, aggregate, water, mineral and chemical addmixtures) in mix design and to determine statistic analysis of compressive strength standart deviatıons? efficient parameters in ready-mixed concrete sector. In this industrial study, the fresh and hardened concrete tests are applied and the results are derived. With statistic analysis and grading criterias feasible enhancements are emphasized for a mix design optimization in ready-mixed concrete batching plant. The requests of internal and external customers (pumpability, workability, requested concrete strength, finishing, low cost) and customer satisfaction are provided.Keywords: Ready-mixed concrete, mix design optimization, statistic analysis.
