Abstract (EN)
After the cold war, Russian Federation and People's Republic of China acted with same purposes in Eurasian geography and eventually, they have taken their places in history scene as two great powers of today's world. In the process; Russia's Eurasian Economic Union Foundation to retake the power in region after the Soviets and China's One Belt One Road attepmts by applying more active foreign politics played important roles for their hegemony in region. The decision of unifying these two projects in 2015 was accepted as an important progress considering current conjuncture. Therefore,in this thesis named "Evaluation of Russia's and China's Eurasian Strategies Within the Frame of Hegemony Theories", above summarised subject is grounded on the frame of Robert Cox's pioneered neogramscian theory. Particularly, in terms of continuity of this theory, when it is considered the idea of a common formation, it will be seen clearly that the theory suits properly for related geography.
