One hundred nurses whoworked in all units (Surgery, internal affairs, cardiology, gynecology klinics;coroner, surgery, anhesteziology intensive care units and pediatri policlinic, blood totake unit) were randomly selected. Datas were collected between 1st-15th April2005.According to the previous literatures 41 questions were taking in publicsurvey form. Public survey form has three parts. First part of the study was aboutdemographic properties. Second part of the study was about the expressions whichwere believed to cause to problems between the groups of doctors and nurses. Thirdpart of the study was about the situations which are determined for solving thedifficulties of relationship between the doctors and the nurses. Datas were evaluatedby Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and were analyzed withchi-square test.As a conclusion nurses have problems with the doctors. According to thedatas there is a significant differences between the personal properties of nurses andthe situations which are cause to problems with the doctors.
