Abstract (EN)
In collision experiments carried out using electron spectrometry, the scattered and the ejected electrons produced by the collisions of the electron beam at a specific energy with target gas can be detected separately or in coincidence by the (e,2e) technique according to their angles and energies. Electron collision experiments are done in eCOL laboratory at Physics Department of Afyon Kocatepe University. In this work, the autoionization resonance energy levels were determined by differential cross section measurements using an electron collision experimental set up. The autoionization energy levels were investigated through the cross-section measurements at different angles and at energies. In the experiments, outgoing two electrons produced via inelastic scattering between the 200 eV incident electrons and the target atom were detected using the energy analyzers positioned at -13 and at 60 degrees.
