This master's thesis, which consists of five chapters, The first chapter is the introduction and the studies on tangent structures and bundles are mentioned. In the second part, basic concepts and theories are given. In the third chapter, G-structures, almost tangent structures and almost tangent bundles will be presented. Also, lifts on the tangent bundle, integrability of almost tangent structures, almost tangent connections, and integrable almost tangent structures defined by a fibration will be given. In the fourth chapter, almost product structures, almost complex structures, which are special cases of tangent bundle and complementary and horizontal lifts of almost complex structures on a tangent bundle are given. It has also been shown that $J^{c}$ and $J^{H}$ tensor fields can be integrated using the complementary and horizontal lift of the $(1,1)$-type J tensor field on almost Hermitian structures, Hermitian structures, Kaehler structures, and almost tangent structures. The fifth section is the conclusion section.
