Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is researching character temperament properties and life quality of hemodialysis patients. This study was completed with 50 healty peopleand 50 patient people who were choosen via simple-random sampling method among treated hemodialysis patients in Eskişehir Government Hospital in 2012-2013. These patients were appropriate to cooperation for this study and volunteers for this study. Informed Consent Form, Patient Identification Form, Quality of Life Scale (SF-36) and Temperament and Character Inventory were used in survey application. Chi-Square test, Mann-Whitney U and Student-T test were used for statistical analysis of datas. As a result of thisstudy, quality of life of hemodialysis patients were too low among the control group. According to temperament and character inventory values, NS1, RD4, CT, C1, C3, C5, ST, S1, S2, S3, S5 controls were low in hemodialysis patients and ST1, RAT, RA4 controls were high in hemodialysis patients.
