Aim: The of this study to state that firstly, in the last three years, the changes of the rutin child vaccination date on the effects of frequency side effects of vaccination and secondly the differences among the level of anti PRP for inoculated children with the different vaccination date, With this aim, vaccine side effects on the children inoculate in the mixed vaccination years, 2006 (DTB+OPV), 2007 (DTB+Hib+OPV) and 2008 (DTaB/Hib/IPV) are investigated and occuring immun answers for the children inoculated in 2007 ( Hib, and DTB and OPV are been vaccinated in the sama time but on different parts) is comparad with the occuring answer for the cildren vaccinated in 2008 ( DTaB/ Hib / IPV mixed vaccines is vaccinated)Materials and tecnique: This study which is invested the side effects of vaccine is done on the 2440 healtly children who are 2,3,4,6 and 18 months old. After vaccination, It is given a form which the families write the side effects of vaccine in the first three days. In the third day , the assistant collects the information on the form by phone. Vaccinated with Hib and DTB in the same time but by the different enjections. 204 children ara vaccinated with the mixed vaccine including DTaB vaccine and 100 children are vaccinated the other doses as the mixed vaccine. Anti PRP-T anticors are tested on the aII of these 449 children by using ELIZA after 6 months form the third vaccine for anti Hib PRP-T levels.Diagnosis: when It is not faund an important diffence among the groups who are vaccinated DTB +OPV and DTB+Hib+OPV in the point of view of the vaccine side effecets , these side effects of the children vaccinated with mixed vaccine including DTaB/ Hib / IPV are seen less importand than the other two groups. Anticor effect which is occured in the situation that Hib vaccine in done in the mixed vaccine is faund lower that the in the situation that It is done with DTB in the same time but on the different parts of bady.Result: To add Hib in the vaccine date do not increase the frequency of the side effects. According to bifore vaccines, the side effects of 5 mixed vacccine including acellular pertusis.
