Abstract (EN)
The study was conducted to determine the burnout levels of nurses along with their self-care and nurse-nurse cooperation levels and to examine the effects of these factors on the quality of care provided to patients. The research is a cross-sectional descriptive and relationship-seeking survey study. This study was carried out between June and October 2021 with the participation of 213 nurses who gave direct care to inpatient or outpatient patients at Bolu Izzet Baysal State Hospital. In the collection of data, Personal Information Form, Care Behaviors Scale 24, Conscious Self-Care Scale, Nurse-Nurse Cooperation Scale, Burnout Scale Short Form were used. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Multiple Linear Regression analysis were used to evaluate the data. The mean age of the nurses participating in the study was 29±6.87 (20-53) years, and %77.9 of them were women. Most of them (%74.2) have a bachelor's degree and have been working as nurses for an average of six years. A positive significant (p<0.05) relationship was found between nurses' caring behaviors and self-care and nurse-nurse cooperation. In the regression analysis, it was determined that the cooperation between nurses and nurses (β = .16) significantly predicted the level of care behaviors (F=4.655, p=0.004, R=.25, R2 = .06, Adjusted R2= .05, p<0.05). As a result, it was seen that %5 of the change in the total care behavior of nurses was explained by the level of cooperation between nurses and nurses.
