Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, photosensitizing near-infrared dyes that could be potential phototherapy agents were designed and synthesized. Firstly, the photophysical properties of the photosensitizing agents were elucidated by LC-MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR structures and UV-VIS and fluorescence spectroscopy. The ability of these unique agents to produce reactive oxygen and the ability to create hyperthermia were investigated. It has been determined that the synthesized agents can be used as effective photosensitizing agents. It is integrated into the hydrogel structure to prevent aggregation of photosensitizing agents under physiological conditions. Hydrogel design and synthesis have been carried out by using proven biocompatible monomer and materials with high water holding ability in the literature. The swelling capacity, reactive oxygen generation potential and hyperthermia inducing ability of the synthesized hydrogel were investigated. As a result of the investigations, it has been revealed that it can potentially be a dual phototherapy agent. be filled later
