Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY Developing A Dynamic Deformation Model and A Dynamic Movement Surface Model for Landslides Nowadays, analysis of object behaviors has been a common practice in deformation determining applications. These type requests have caused that dynamic deformation analysis methods regarding causative forces have started taking the place of simple geometrical (static) and temporal (kinematic) deformation analysis methods. As parallel these developments, in this study, it was aimed to develop a dynamic deformation and a dynamic surface model for analysis of temporal behaviors of landslides. In the study, Kutluğun Village in Maçka County in the province of Trabzon in the Eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey was selected as application area. To form dynamic deformation model, firstly, type, current border and causes of landslides were determined by geological and geophysical investigations. Underground water level changes being the most important cause of landslides in study area were regarded as causative force in the course of developing dynamic model. A geodetic deformation network was constructed for deformation investigations according to current borders of landslides. Measurement times were determined by meteorological data and a six-period GPS measurement was made at these times. At the same time, underground water levels were also measured by geological and geophysical measurements. To obtain preliminary information for dynamic models, deformation analyses were made by static (0 -criteration) and kinematic (kinematic single point, kinematic surface) models. Then, dynamic models (dynamic single point, dynamic surface) were developed regarding these model results and under ground water level changes. It was seen from results of dynamic models that effect of underground water level changes was more effective in occurrence of landslides. In this manner, movements could be interpreted more appropriate to physical realities. It was also seen that dynamic models have some disadvantage. For this reason, it was concluded that selection of deformation model has to be made according to importance of phenomenon.
