Özet (EN)
Due to the increase in energy demands, the spread of electric vehicles, the climate crisis, and the decrease in energy resources day by day, the necessity of new applications in order to benefit from alternative sources efficiently and to save energy is emerging. In order to reduce the energy consumed by lighting, it is of great importance to benefit from natural resources. In this thesis, the possibilities of using artificial and natural lighting systems together were investigated. Experiments were carried out on a created system. Lighting techniques and control methods that can be used under different conditions have been investigated. The efficiency values of the fiber optic lighting system with daylight concentrator were recorded in different weather conditions, an automatic control system has been designed that enables hybrid lighting systems to be controlled and a prototype has been developed that enables the luminous intensity values, which differ from person to person and depending on the work to be done, to be kept at desired values thanks to manual control methods. Finally, the details of the developed prototype and the test results performed on the prototype were presented and discussed.
