Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, many customers work with more than one bank. This situation also increases competition between banks. In order not to lose their customers to rival banks, banks tend to retain their customers by determining their loyalty rates and providing customer-specific services accordingly. Banks may need different perspectives and more effective approaches other than classical methods when determining the loyalty rates of their customers. Within the scope of this thesis study, it is planned to use metaheuristic algorithms in a hybrid way to determine the loyalty rates of banks and customers.
