Abstract (EN)

In this paper, an isolated wind-photovoltaic hybrid power system with battery storage will be presented that can supply electricity to two laboratories with a capacity of 1072 W peak electrical power depending on the need at the laboratory illuminating where used. At the same time, for purpose of ensuring saving in electric power consumed at laboratory illumination, the load control system made with PIC 16F877 was applied. For the power generation system consists of solar and wind energy: A 1170W hybrid power generation system consists of a 190W 24V? 3 pieces mono crystal solar panel and 600W 3-phase permanent magnet synchronized generator (PMSG) wind power generation system, rotating 360o according to direction of wind, was installed. For the load control system made with PIC 16F877; an electric line was wired separately to armature groups and a design of the load control circuit to engage the armature groups according to power of light coming from outside was realized. Monthly totals of obtained data were arranged separately in tables and graphics. As a result of the analysis made, when the total monthly electric power generated by the hybrid power system and monthly total electric power used by consumers for both situations were compared depending on the data, it was determined that the generation power of the battery supported hybrid power generation system was above its consumption power. Besides, when the load control system was applied, it was determined that a saving in rate of 20.6% was obtained in a one-year period.
