Abstract (EN)
Thanks to the sharia registers, which have an important place in terms of shedding light on Ottoman history, it is possible to go down to the smallest building block of the society. The records of this office are important because the kadi authority has a place in the judicial and administrative structure and the records of the sharia records are kept by the kadis. In this document covering the period between H.1170-1171 (M. 1757), we tried to investigate the judicial and administrative building blocks of the Ottoman Empire in general and Ankara in particular. This study, which consists of 137 pages, has been analyzed in three parts. In the first part, the place of Ankara in the historical process and the sharia registers are emphasized. In the second part, the evaluation of Ankara's social, economic and administrative structure has been made. In the third part, the transcription of the Ankara court register numbered 141 was made.
