Abstract (EN)
In this study, first Hydroxy Schiff base derivative was synthesized by reaction of 2-Hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-aminophenol. Subsequently, the reaction of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde with 2-amino-4-methylphenol and 4-bromaniline and then with 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde from 2-aminophenol, 2-amino-4-methylphenol and 4-bromaniline Six hydroxy Schiff base derivatives were synthesized by the same methods. In the second stage, Cu (II), Co (II) and Mn (II) transition metals and eighteen complexes of these six hydroxy Schiff base derivatives were synthesized. The synthesized six hydroxy Schiff base derivatives and eighteen Schiff base metal complexes were FT-IR, 13C NMR, 1H NMR and UV-vis. spectra were recorded.
