Abstract (EN)
Hydromechanical deep drawing, one of the deep drawing methods is studied in this research. Sheet metal takes the form of punch geometry via liquid counter pressure. Too many type of product can be produced with same die design only with changing the punch. Because there is no need to female die to shape the sheet metal in hydromechanical deep drawing process. The most important parameters that directly effects the quality of product are the counter liquid pressure and blank holder force. In this study, the effect of two parameter on product quality has been investigated. This investigations made with help of 33 finite element analysis. At the end of this study, four different zones are drawn on blank holder force-counter pressure diagram. These zones are insufficient pressure zone, wrinkle zone, tearing zone and safe zone. Key Words: Deep Drawing method. Hydromechanical Deep Drawing. Sheet Metal forming Methods. Hydroforming of sheet metal.
