Abstract (EN)
Pure, zinc and fluorine doped hydroxyapatite was synthesized by hydrothermal method. Surface and structural properties were examined under SEM and XRD room conditions. XRD analysis of HAp, ZnHAp and FHAp showed no impurity at the diffraction peaks. In the SEM image, nano layer, nano rod and nano flower structures of hydroxyapatite were synthesized and made ready for antimicrobial properties. Antibacterial activity was determined.
