Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to examine the institutional developments experienced by countries as a result of instability in the age of institutionalization. Because it has a very dynamic socio-political structure, India has been preferred. In this context, firstly, the political parties that have the status of national party in India have been taken into consideration and their institutionalization situations have been tried to be evaluated. Then by reviewing the institutionalization of the party system of India, the relationship between the institutionalization of the party system and political parties has been tried to be captured. In this respect, it has been concluded in spite of the institutionalization of political parties in the country, the party system has a weak institutionalization level. Subsequently, in addition to institutionalized political parties, institutional outputs in India, which have a weak institutionalized party system, is tried to be analyzed. As a result, in this study, it has been tried to prove the situation of the return of conventional institutions and the rise of informal institutions.
