Abstract (EN)
Summary Hypotonic Duodenography is a simple and safe radiological examination that can be performed with or without tubing. Although scuba examination is difficult, it can be performed when necessary and good results can be obtained. Various forms of scuba examination are presented in our thesis. Double contrast hypotonic duodenography without tube or intubation is an examination method that can be applied more serially than tube hypotonic duodenography and a duodenogram can be obtained in more or less tube setting. It is a practical and easy method for an intensive radiology clinic and in particular for the patient, which can be administered immediately after examination of the stadart gastric duodenum. Various antispasmodic or anticholinergic agents can be used for duodenography. Probantine and glucagon are the most commonly used hypotonic agents in the literature. The Germans prefer Buscopan. We prefer and recommend Buscopan because it is cheap and easy to find. Buscopan also provides a good hypotonia, as seen in the disassembled films. The side effect rate is quite low. In addition, the intravenous route provides a more rapid effect. Duodenography is a useful method that illuminates the pathology of the pancreticoduodenal region and makes a definitive diagnosis, especially in pancreatic head tumors. It is also very successful in demonstrating the lesion in the duodenal diverticulum. This draws attention in our thesis. In addition, duoden al deformations, periduodenal junctions, tumors can be seen more clearly after dissolution of spasm and peristaltic activity disappear and definitive diagnosis is easier to reach. Bulbus ulcers are not more successful than gastric duodenum examinations. Duodenography also prevents unnecessary surgery. Evaluation of hypotonic duodenograms together with gastric doudenum tests is more beneficial. Technical; It is contraindicated in glaucoma, urinary retention, prostate hypertrophy, severe cerebral sclerosis, megacolon, tachyarrhythmia and advanced pilor stenosis. In addition, it should be noted that the use of glucagon is contraindicated in pheochromotisoma and insulinoma. We recommend the routine application of hypotonic duodenography in gastrointestinal radiology.
