Özet (EN)

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the effect of sevoflurane and isoflurane anaesthesia on Minimum Alveolar Concentration (MAC) values and hemodynamic parameters in hypovolemia.Materials and Methods: In this study 16 male New Zealand rabbits aged between 6 and 9 months were used. Two groups consisting sevoflurane (n=8) and isoflurane (n=8) have been constituled. Induction anesthesia was done by the agendthat was used in the study. The rabbit has been intubated after direct laryngoscopy and connected to vaporisator used 2 l/min Oxygen. Basic MAC values have been determined. After 1 MAC values was reached and observed rabbit immobility; both of invasive arterial monitorisation from left femoral artery and central vein pressure monitorisation from right femoral vein have been applied. After 15 minutes basic central vein pressure, arterial pressure, heart rate and respiration rate have been recorded. 15 ml/kg blood has been taken from central vein catheter in 30 minutes for forming hypovolemia. After 30 minutes hypovolemia have been formed MAC values were recorded. Central vein pressure, arterial pressure, heart rate and respiration rate of rabbit in hypovolemia have been recorded and the study was completed. Results: Between two groups on central vein pressure, arterial pressure, heart rate and respiration rate have been seen no significant difference in both basal and hypovolemic periods. There was a great differnce between two groups in respect of basal MAC values. Conclusion, In this study, we have found out that isoflurane and sevoflurane?s anaesthesic effect on hemodynamic parameters similar at one MAC consentrations for equal anaesthesic. In hypovolemia, the MAC values of sevoflurane has been decreased more than MAC values of isoflurane.
