The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS 22.0 package software. As a consequence; it was osberved that academic staff who regularly did physical activites had a higher participation in moderate and high activities than administrative staff. A significant difference was determined between the physical activity score averages of all participants according to the age distributions of academic staff (29 years and younger, between 30-39 and 40 years and older).
