Abstract (EN)
The world's fast-evolving technology causes on the one hand to facilitations of human; on the other hand to changings on people's expectations.since the human labor in the tourism sector is at the forefront, it requiress the workers in the hotel enterprises to be qualified and the inservice training to be obligatory. While trainings given to employees in hotel enterprises, provide guest and employees with satisfaction; it also reduces intentions to leave the workplace at the same time by positively influencing employees' indentification with their organizations. In this context, the purpose of study is to determine the effects of the provided in-service training in the hotel enterprises on the employees' organizational indentification and their intentions to leave the work. In accordance with the purpose stated, a survey technique was applied on 501 employees working in five star hotel operating in Antalya with the aim of collecting data. While carriying out the analysis of this survey, factor, frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, standard deviation, t-test and variance values, correlation and regression analyzes from relationship measurement tester were used. According to the result of the out analysis, it has been found that there is a significant relationship between in-service training and organizational indentification as well with the intention to leave work. In addition on that, it was concluded that the in-service training provided to be employess in five star hotel enterprises, has a positive effect on employees' organizational indentification level while it has negative effects on their intention leave the work. It was also determined that compared to the dimensions orientation training has more influence on organizational indentification.
