Abstract (EN)

In this research, it is examined whether the organizational justice perceptions of employees in the service sector are reflected on service recipients and whether the attitudinal and behavioral consequences of treating employees fairly or unfairly will affect not only the manager or the organization, but also the customers. For this purpose, a research was conducted on 62 teaching staff in the education sector, which is one of the important branches of the service sector, and 147 students who are receiving courses or consulting services from them. The research was conducted by quantitative method and the data of the research were obtained by hand distribution and collection of question forms. The findings of the study show that teachers' perceptions of procedural fairness positively affect students' satisfaction, but teachers' perceptions of distributive justice and interaction justice do not have an impact on students' satisfaction. As a result, it is observed that the satisfaction levels of students who receive services from lecturers who perceive the procedures and processes in their organizations as fair are higher.
