تلخيص الجامع الكبير للخلاطي دراسةً وتحقيقاً: من أول الكتاب إلى آخر كتاب القضاء

Hanafi jurists have written a large number of commentaries on the books of Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Shaybani, and the al-Jami al-Kabir is one of these works. Some scholars such as Muhammad b. Abbād al- Khilati abbreviated al-Jami al-Kabir. Among these concise works, Talkhis al-Jami al-Kabir stands out with the interest shown by the fuqaha, evidenced by the abundance of the copies of the book that have survived to the present day and the large number of commentaries written on it. at-Talkhis is distinguished from other concise works with its unique style and this may be seen as the reason why the book was commented on by many scholars. This study aims to get a critical edition of the first half of the book Talkhis al-Jami al-Kabir in order to reach the way it came out of Khilati's pen as much as possible. In addition, it is one of the aims of the study to examine the book by comparing al-Jami al-Kabir and at-Talkhis from various perspectives in order to reveal Khilati 's effort in the book.
