Abstract (EN)
The present study, to compare the effects on the lipid profile, hemostatic factors, fasting glikoz, insulin and bone mineral density of 39 hormone replacement therapy users and 20 hormone replacement nonusers in postmenopausal women. Also, correlation of body mass index of HRT users and nonusers in postmenopausal women were observed the serum levels of lipid profile, fasting glucose, insulin, homostatic factors and BMD. We found that the plasma levels of trigliserid, cholestrol, LDL-cholestrol and AT-III of HRT users in postmenopausal women is statistically lower mean than HRT nonusers. Altough serum leve of glicose of HRT user in postmenopausal women is inversely related to BMI, the serum level of insulin of HRT nonusers in postmenopausal women is directly correlated with BMI.The plasma level of protein S users in postmenopausal women is directly related to BMI, whereas those of nonusers women is inversly associated with BMI. The serum protein C level of nonusers in women is inversly associated with BMI. BMD of HRT users in postmenopausal women is positively associated with BMI. HRT during menopause has been shown to have benificial effects on women' shealth including preventing osteoporosis and fracture by decreasing bone turnover. HRT may play a role in preventing the development of atherosclerosis as a result decrease cardiovascular mortality and morbidity by lowering the serum cholestrol, LDL- cholestrol and rising HDL-cholestrol. At the begining of menopause, insulin sensitivity is worse, HRT has been improved insulin sensitivity in other word, it has been dimished the serum insulin level in postmenopausal women. In conclusion, we prefer postmenopausal women must take HRT if there is no contradiction for using it.
