Özet (EN)
This research was to investigated compertively pattern of branching and distribution of the truncus brachiocephalicus which supply to anterior limb, anterior portion of the chest and neck area, together with arterial vascularization of the head in rooster, drake and pigeon, each of which belongs to different avian orders. In this study, a number of 10 rooster in walking class, 10 drakes in floating class, 10 pigeon in flying class, all being mature total 30 animals were used. The reason for the selection of these animals was their frequent cultivation, the most common seen in veterinary clinic and easily can be provided. Vascular studies on poultry are considerably less than mammalian animals, in particular, the scope and number of studies on tr. brachiocephalicus and its branches are insufficient. In this research, a sample was selected from each of the walking, floating and flying groups and a vascular map was present using 3 different methods. In the first method, radioactive material (37% ürografin) was injected through the vein and then radiological imaging technique was used. In the second method, after the animals were anesthesed, a mixture of colored methyl methacrylate and poly methyl metakrilat was injected from aorta abdominalis. After the mixture was frozen in the arteries, all tissues were dissolved in potassium hydroxide and the vessel network was uncovered. In the third method, the colored liquid latex was injected into the abdominal aorta. Then, the animals stored in 10% formaldehyde solution. Afterwards, dissection was performed and written by comparing the findings obtained. The findings in all three bird species on the branches of tr. brachiocephalicus is substantially similar, but, it was detected that there are some minor differences. For instance; in the pigeon and rooster, the head and neck region was surrounded by a dense network of vassels, but only a small amount of vascular network was observed at the neck region in duck. Diameters of truncus brachiocephalicus in pigeons and ducks bigger than diameter of arcus aorta were determined. It was observed that the exact opposite of this situation. It was also determined that the very large variation at the branches in chest area.
