Attorney fee in civil procedure

The subject of this thesis consists of attorney fees in civil lawsuits. In the first section of the thesis, the concepts of power of attorney for lawsuit and attorney fee are given. The second and third sections of our study is devoted due to the attorney fee is divided into two parts as the attorney's fee which is the litigation expense and the attorney's fee arising from the attorney retainer agreement. First of all, the concept of litigation expense is explained due to the attorney's fee which is the litigation expense will be examined in the second section. How to calculate attorney's fee, which is the litigation expense, and who is in favor of it, and in some special cases in point of the results of the attorney fee as the litigation expense are explained. The second section has been concluded by including the attorney's fee which is the litigation expense in some lawsuits. In the last section, the establishment and the qualifications of the attorney retainer agreement is examined within the scope of the attorney's fee arising from the attorney retainer agreement. In being decided on the contractual attorney fee, the status that offers some characteristics in point of determining the freedom of contract and its limits and the counsel fee are examined. Issues such as maturities, statute of limitations and interest in the attorney fee, legal remedy and solution points of disputes related to attorney fee are also mentioned.
