Abstract (EN)
In this study, Supercritical CO extraction with various solvents, pressure and heat values on date palm (Phoenix dactylifera L.) pollens, SEM studies demonstrating the effects on the pollen structure and GC-MS analysis of the extracts were conducted. Dominant fatty acid of Supercritical experiments was Hexadecanoic acid (CAS) (%42.27), followed by 9,12 Octadecadienoic acid (%10.95), 9-Hexadecanoic acid (%7.62) and Linoleic acid ethyl ester (%4.99) respectively.Extractions and GC-MS anlaysis results showed 28 compounds that hasn't been found on previous studies of date palm pollen. That includes a new compound, 1,5 dimethyl-6-(1,5-dimethylhexyl)-15 (%41.40) whose moleculer properties and bioactivity are unknown to our knowledge. Pregna-5,16-dien-20-one was found with %24.64 amount, which has anti-cancer activities. After Supercritical CO2 extraction experiments, changes on pollen morphologies were determined with SEM microphotographies of pollens. Bioactivites and groups of the compounds obtained as a result of extractions are given.
