Abstract (EN)

From the first day of human beings chose social life as a way of life, the concepts of financial and spiritual support and neediness have always existed. The activities related to these concepts have been realized sometimes by the authorities, sometimes by individual efforts. Hz. Muhammad has not only been the prime representative and leader of Islam, and also a good sample on the basis of personality. The Prophet spent the last decade of his life in Medina. After the establishment of the Medina State, he has done many activities for people who are in a state of grievance and need positive discrimination. Hz. Prophet realized all kinds of material and spiritual support which is tried to be understood today with the concepts of social service, moral social service and spiritual support under the conditions of that day and encouraged the community he lived within the Medina Site State. In addition, as a leader, he has directed all the financial resources of the state he founded to this purpose. The aim of this thesis is to find out what kind of policies are being carried out for the purpose of help and support in the social layers of the society which are in material and spiritual need the period of Hz. Prophet Muhammad. At the end of the study, it is tried to reveal a prototype in terms of how a sample individual and state structure should be in the social service area for both Muslims and humanity through the Medina Site State sample which was established by Hz. Prophet.
