Abstract (EN)
Muslims have not only regarded the last prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him), as a messenger conveying revelation, but also felt a deep affection for him and considered living in accordance with his Sunnah as the greatest honor. Therefore, during a period of religious and social transformations, female companions also had matters they wanted to ask the Prophet (peace be upon him) and sought his advice. This study addresses the individual relationships of women with the Prophet Muhammad in both religious and worldly contexts, as well as the reflections of these interactions on social life. The scope of the study includes the Prophet and the women of his time, while the sample consists of female companions who had direct communication with him. The study utilizes sources from the Prophet's biography (siyar), hadith, and history. The findings show that women consulted the Prophet not only on religious issues but also on social and individual matters. As a result, it was observed that the Prophet Muhammad's communication with women was open, inclusive, and encouraging; and that this supported the active participation of women in religious and social life. This study aims to contribute to today's Muslim women in re-evaluating their social roles based on the example of the Prophet. Especially female companions as well as other women and their individual and social relations with our Prophet (peace be upon him) have been examined in detail in this thesis.
