Effect of Gulf War against Turkish foreign policy

The Middle East's balance was being crashed due to crisis of Kuwait occupation by Iraq in 2 August 1990 transforms into Gulf War in 17 January 1991. The Middle East balance was existed an important crush. This area's balance redesigned with this war. I. Gulf War which was the first crisis after Cold War not mobilized only region's states but also mobilized USA, the International Organizations and several westerner states. Republic of Turkey did not take part in Inter-Arabian troubles from its establish date accordingly its foreign policy. The balance policy and status quo tracked in region was abandoned and effect of intra-regional dynamics of Turkey's foreign policy was increased. Thereby Turkey was begun to evolve to actor position in region. The refugee's insurrection was showing up due to failure of Kurdish insurrection towards Saddam Hüseyin in South Iraq right after Gulf War and this crisis leap into Turkey. The refugee insurrection was occurred and Turkey was lead to constitute safe zone in South Iraq for solution of trouble with making maneuvers in foreign policy. The Turkish foreign policy was taking precaution against autonomous Kurdish State of Kurdish in South Iraq. Turkish Foreign Policy was taking precautions and did not allow this organization. Consequently, Turkish foreign policy has an axial dislocation and variance with regard to Middle East. The years were started partaking political actor of Turkey.
