The classification of the poetry mecmua and its transcriptional text, numbered Bel_Yz_K1339 located in thelibrary of istanbul metropolitan municipality (IMM), according to the MESTAP project

Journal is an Arabic word in terms of origin and it comes from the mecmu, which is derived from the "cem" 's gauger, which means collect, to bring together scattered things, to gather, to accumulate, to compose. When we consider the journal word in a literary context means the whole of works created by bringing together text or poems belonging to different people. We may also regard journals as personal 'poem books' composed of literary journals or selected poems of our day. These works, which are close to the anthropological qualities of our day, also provide information about the personal taste of the composer and the literary tendencies of the time. These works bearing the qualities of today's anthologies reflect the personal tastes, beliefs, language characteristics and literary tendencies of the composer. Journal of poem are the important works that originate in analyzing and quest classical Turkish literature. This journal, which we have translated the Arabic script into today's letters, is a catalog-oriented journal of poem of Bel_Yz_K1339 in the library of Atatürk. It has been determined that Mecmuan is collected by Elîfîzāde Feyzullāh. In our research, the emergence of journal and its wide introduction and the various information about the journal, as well as the introduction including matters about Systematic Classification Project of Journals (MESTAP), presented in three sections. There are copy feature and its scheme, poets involved in the journal, theirs life and poem numbers, syllabic meters and measures, content knowledge and introduction of scribe in the first part. In the second part, there is classified according to MESTAP, in the third part, there are the transcriptional text of journal, the conclusion part of the thesis, facsmile and index of the journal.
