Abstract (EN)
Examining the voluminous work named "Fath Al-Bari Fi Sharh Sahih Al-Bukhari", this work aims to expose Ibn Hajar Al-Askalani's nasikh and mansukh method by making a comparison with the methodologists' point of view. The work consists of three parts. Firstly, Ibn Hajar's life was briefly discussed in the introduction, and some of the main issues addressed within the framework of naskh (abrogation), as well as the virtue of the science of naskh (abrogation), was examined from different points of view. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework of naskh was drawn by comparing the point of view revealed by the methodologists and Ibn Hajar's view. In this manner, the positioning of naskh in terms of meaning and the subject of its being licit was discussed in detail with pieces of evidence. The second chapter was devoted to the study of the conditions and the parts of naskh, in this context, determinations were made from the methodologists' sources in the first place, and then Ibn Hajar's approach to these determinations was analyzed based on practical examples from Fath Al-Bari. In the last chapter, several examples pointing out different issues of naskh picked out from various chapters of Fath Al-Bari were propounded, and Ibn Hajar's perspective on some of the issues discussed within the framework of naskh was determined. Keywords: Ibn Hajar, Fath Al-Bari, naskh, nasikh, mansukh
