Abstract (EN)
In his understanding of the language philosophy of Ibn Hazm, the most impor-tant representative of Zâhirism thought, Tavkü'l-Hamâme fi'l-ulfeti ve'l-üllâf, which he tells about worldly love, is important. In this work in which he describes various aspects of love, he reflects the cultural and social structure of his time around love. In addition, literature, poetry, philosophy, mythology, metaphysics are also included. In this diversity of languages, Ibn Hazm explained the truths of love in the context of Zâhirism language philosophy. In this context, analyzing the truths of love and the language in which these truths are explained will provide the understanding of Ibn Hazm's apparent thought and the truths of love described in Tavkü'l-Hamâme. The influence of language in the formation of thought is undeniable. As Gada-mer says, language is the language of reason. This mind is not only the language of the author but also the language of the reader. In other words, while the mind reaches a truth with language, truth forms its existence within the language. As a result, language and truth are existentially dependent on each other. Therefore, examining a text in terms of language philosophy is effective both for the author's understanding and for the reader to reconstruct the text. The creation of the text by the reader means that new meanings are formed within the text itself. The formation of the text by the reader means that new meanings are formed within the text itself. The love of Ibn Hazm's Zâhirism language and Tavkü'l-Hamâme, which are evaluated from this existential perspective, have created truths in the context of language plays in the text. The concept of language games created by Wittgenstein is important in terms of explaining the truths of language. In the context of the concept of language play that defines the language world in which common thought acts exist, the truths of love in Tavkü'l-Hamâme existed in distant-close languages. How can the love described in many language games be accepted in Ibn Hazm's Zâhirism thought? According to him, there are two aspects of truth: First, the nass determines the value of the truth in the sense of haram or halal; second, the ontological truth which is not stated in the nass. In the work, the facts of love are described objectively according to ontological truth; According to the truth, which is the value, it is described on the basis of nasses, as they should be. Therefore, in Tavkü'l-Hamâme, the realities of love emerged between what is and should be. Keywords: Zâhirism, Philosophy of Language, Language Play, Truth, Tavkü'l-Hamâme
