The evaluation of hadiths in the prayer book of Ibn Rusd's work titled Bidâyetü'l-Mujtehid in terms of Muhtelifü'l-hadis

In this study, the hadiths in the prayer chapter of ibn rushd's bidâyat al-mujtahid wa nihâyat al- muqtazilid are analysed both in terms of muhtalif al-hadis and the different perspectives of the fuqaha on the narrations. In this context, some different issues related to the five daily prayers are discussed. The author ıbn rushd's contradictory narrations about the aforementioned issues and the information he gave about these narrations were evaluated. While analysing the narrations, The main hadith sources, hadith commentaries and the works of jurisprudence of the sects were used as sources. Qualitative research methods were used in our thesis study. Both the hadiths that fall within the scope of muhtalif al-hadith and the narrations that cause disagreement among the fuqaha were identified. afterwards, The hadiths related to the subject were analysed by documentation method. The information we obtained was evaluated by the method of analysis and some conclusions were tried to be reached.
