Abstract (EN)
In the work, the hadiths whıch are in the book of Fasting ın the work Bidayatu'l-Mujtahid wa Nihayatu'l-Muqtasıd by Ibn Rushd have been made subject of the examination in terms of Muhtalifu'l-hadis. On this subject seventeen different issues have been handled. The narrative about the issues made by Ibn Rushd and information related to the narrative were evaluated. While examining the narratives, basic hadith sources, hadith commentery works, proven works of fiqh were used as soruce. In our thesis, qualitative research methods have been used. The hadiths in terms of Muhtalifu'l-hadis have been determined. Later on related hadiths have been recorded using documentation method.
