Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri's sourcesinal-Bukhari compilation

This study emphases on subjects such ass, Ibn Shihab al-Zuhri biography, his correlation with hadith literature, and his starring role in the codification of Hadith. Beside the narrations of al-Zuhri in Sahih al-Bukhari and his main informants along their biographies in the light of al- Jarhu Wa Al-ta'deel books, his wording of hadith and from whom he how much hadith received. This study is one of the qualitative research method "context study" model used to the way in depth examination of al-Zuhri connection with his informants. In first part generally discussed al-Zuhri as a traditionalist, and in the second part the narration of al-Zuhri in Bukhari has been identified and examined. In the appendix, the diagrams of al-Zuhri isnads from the companions have been shown.
